About
Tejora

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Tejora handles information when you use its per-app brightness, system brightness and display-resolution features.

1. Core functionality

Tejora is designed to automatically apply preferred brightness levels to individual applications and to provide local controls for display brightness and supported display-resolution settings.

2. App-Aware Brightness information

To provide per-app brightness automation, Tejora may use the name or technical identifier of applications you configure, the brightness level you assign to them, and information about which application is currently active. This information is used to decide when to apply your saved brightness preference.

3. What Tejora does not need for App-Aware Brightness

The feature is not designed to inspect the contents of your documents, messages, browser pages or files. Tejora needs application identity and active-application state rather than the content displayed inside an app.

4. Display information

Tejora may read technical information about connected displays, including display identifiers, current brightness, available resolution or scaling modes, and capabilities required to apply supported changes.

5. Local preferences

Per-app brightness assignments, display preferences and other app settings may be stored locally on your Mac so Tejora can remember your choices and restore them during normal use.

6. Manual brightness changes

When you manually change display brightness, Tejora may temporarily pause App-Aware Brightness and apply a common brightness level across apps, according to the behaviour shown in the app interface.

7. Cloud storage, advertising and tracking

Tejora is not designed to require a MacThru account, advertising network or third-party behavioural tracking for its core brightness and display-control features. Core preferences are intended to remain local to your Mac unless a feature explicitly states otherwise.

8. Diagnostics

Apple may provide crash or diagnostic information through App Store and developer systems depending on your Apple privacy settings. Apple-provided diagnostics are governed by Apple’s policies.

9. Data selling and sharing

MacThru does not sell personal information collected through Tejora. Information used for brightness automation and display control is intended to support those features on your device.

10. Removal and retention

You can remove Tejora and its locally stored app data using standard macOS controls. Apple-managed diagnostics may be retained according to Apple’s policies.

11. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when Tejora features, permissions or data handling change.

12. Contact

For privacy questions about Tejora, contact MacThru through the support information published on this website.
