Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Tejora.
1. License
Tejora is licensed, not sold. MacThru grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app according to these terms and applicable App Store rules.
2. App-Aware Brightness
Tejora allows you to associate supported applications with preferred brightness levels. Automatic changes depend on application activity, macOS behaviour, connected displays and hardware capabilities. The timing and availability of automatic changes may vary by system configuration.
3. Manual system brightness
Changing display brightness manually may temporarily pause App-Aware Brightness and apply a common brightness level across apps. You are responsible for selecting brightness levels appropriate for your comfort and environment.
4. Display and resolution controls
Brightness, resolution and scaling controls depend on the Mac model, macOS version, connected displays, cables, adapters and the capabilities exposed by the hardware. Not every control is available on every display.
5. Multi-display behaviour
Where supported, Tejora can expose separate controls for connected displays. Results may differ between built-in displays and third-party external monitors.
6. Purchases and trials
If Tejora is offered with a trial, one-time purchase or other App Store transaction, billing and purchase management are handled by Apple under the applicable App Store terms. The exact offer shown in the App Store or in the app at the time of purchase controls.
7. Restrictions
- You may not copy, redistribute, resell or sublicense Tejora except as permitted by law.
- You may not use the app in violation of applicable law or Apple platform rules.
- You may not attempt to reverse engineer the app except where such rights cannot legally be restricted.
8. Updates and macOS changes
macOS updates or hardware changes may affect brightness automation, display access or available resolutions. MacThru may update Tejora to maintain compatibility or improve functionality.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
Tejora is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MacThru will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use Tejora.
11. Changes and termination
MacThru may modify, suspend or discontinue Tejora or revise these terms as the product evolves.
12. Contact
For questions about these terms, contact MacThru through the support information published on this website.
